Since IOS 17.4 I can't receive WhatsApp notificarions on lock screen.
No DND is on. Every seting is OK and App background refresh is ON.
I have updated everything, restarted, force restarted and deleting the app and reinstalling. Nothing works.
I do not want big AI features, or the iPhone to do magic staf. Just to deliver notifications like even a 100 dollar phone can do. And a 1000 dollar phone can't do.

What to check:
Go to Settings/Face ID & Passcode, enter your passcode, and scroll down to Notification Center and make sure it is on.
Then go to Settings/Notifications, tap on the WhatsApp and RyanAir entries, and check the settings under LOCK SCREEN APPEARANCE. Show Previews should be set to Always.
Open the Control Center and make sure the button next to the word Focus is grey and not white.
Make sure you have a cellular network connection - notifications use the cellular voice signalling channel, not Wi-Fi.
If you are wearing an Apple Watch notifications will appear on it rather than the phone.

And note that Background App Refresh is totally irrelevant for Notifications.
All the settings are OK and I have done the restart many times.
With WhatsApp I do not receive notifications like 10-15% of the time. With Telegram I do not receive notification at all. Just the red dot fot both.
I do not have Apple watch. Only Airpods and the Bluetooth ish always off.
What do you mean with "...tap on the WhatsApp and RyanAir entries..." ? You mean the Ryanair app?
