Location sharing via satellite not working

I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and it does not share location via satellite. Location sharing via satellite is not working. It says to turn on 'Share My Location,' but it is already on. I've tried this over and over again.

Why is location sharing not functioning in iOS 18.2.1 update? Location sharing is not working in IOS 18.2.1 why has this taken so long to be fixed?! This new operating system “upgrade” is one of the worst Apple has ever released! Note: Sharing your location via satellite isn’t available in all countries or regions. See the Apple Support article Emergency SOS via satellite availability.
