App Store icon appears, then, immediately disappears

I’m having this same problem. Interesting to see that if I switch to “don’t allow” for App Store in screen time, it also blinks on for a sec, then disappears.

I regularly “Don’t Allow” Installing Apps but every week and a half or so I have to go in and “Allow” so I can download the updated Apps. This week when I set to Allow, I cannot find the App Store. It appeared for half a second but then disappeared. I use the search function and it does not come up.

This is a widespread bug that Apple has yet to address. There is a workaround (disabling screen time) but it is very inconvenient because then you have to redo all of the Contents and Privacy Restrictions again.

I am having the same problem. I allow, then icon appears and disappeared immediately. I am not able to update or download apps.

I have the same problem. I have reset my iPad and the App Store icon reappears for a second and then vanishes.

Is there a way of getting it back?
