Green line and black display issues after iOS 17.5.1 update on my iPhone

So my phone automatically updated to ios 17.5.1 when the update got released and no issues appeared after the update and suddenly today when i unlocked the phone this is the situation as shown in the picture,I suddenly contacted the chat support and they told me to take to a nearby service centre and i took it. Since my device is out of warranty and they gave me an estimate of 30,170 INR for a display replacement,They also mentioned that there is no physical damage and it happened due to the udpdate .Is there any way i can get a free replacement or something or should i spend the cost of screen replacement which is stupid enough. The funny part is the warranty ended on April 27th 2024

Had discussion with customer center, finally concluded that if customers raise complaint related to this green line issue at below provided feedback link, then only further actions can be made for screen replacement with free of cost. So, all users need to submit green line issue for Iphone 13 immediately. Depends upon large number of complaint/feedback requests only considered at free of cost.
