Can't install Keynote on Monterey 12.7.5 after clean install.

Reinstalled mac os 12.7.5 from bootable drive, but to my surprise it didn't install Keynote. And now I can't install it from app store, says I need version 13 of the OS, which I cannot install on my. late 2016 touchbar MBP. Help.

That dialog is telling you exactly why. Keynote currently requires macOS 13.0 or later.

If you previously installed Keynote from the Mac App Store, you can get version 13.1 for Monterey by launching the Mac App Store, signing in with the identical Apple ID used to previously install Keynote, and then press cmd+0 (zero) to open the Purchased panel. If Keynote is present on that panel, there will be some indication that you can download it and you will not click Cancel on any subsequent dialog. It will then ask you if you want to install the last compatible version of Keynote for Monterey and you agree.
