Blocked emails still coming through

I have emails blocked, they are still coming through with the blocked email icon on them. I have checked the mail settings and it is set to send them to trash. Any idea why they are in my inbox?

Blocked emails still show in inbox. I have blocked this sender. I have gone into settings and selected selected Blocked Senders Options: Move to Trash. The emails still come thru with a blocked icon like this

Blocked emails I continue to receive emails from senders which I have blocked. I followed the advice I saw earlier on this site, to go through Mail, threading, and mark for sending those emails to trash. That is set up perfectly and I still continue to get emails from the ones I have blocked. Help!
