Troubleshooting Trash eMails:

Ask your email provider how to do the following...

• Make sure this person and the domain is not in your Safe List

• Make sure there are no filters getting in the way here.

Ask your eMail Provider About this:

Contact your eMail provider as to why this is going on. You are using a third-party app for this, which will not overrule this. Seems to be either (A) a glitch or (B) a misconfiguration of sorts.
