My Apple ID is locked, the email associated with the ID is no longer in use, and I don't have any phone numbers associated with my ID. What's even more unfortunate is that I can't remember the answer to the security question. How to unlock my Apple ID in

I can't imagine you'll be able to if you don't have even one of those pieces of information (assuming no recovery key).
You could ask Apple though:

Apple ID can't be unlocked
