Mac Widgets not refreshing after getting new iPhone

Hello!

I just upgraded from my iPhone XR to an iPhone 13, and now widgets won't sync on my Mac-- for example, my Google Calendar widget is stuck on April 26 (the day I switched phones). When I click on the widget it says "Open Google Calendar on iPhone to continue" and when I do, it doesn't change anything. Does anyone know how to fix this?
