Icloud storage offer in settings menu spazzing out.

Recently I've been having this issue where I get a notification to buy more iCloud storage like the normal ($0.99) per month type offer. The issue is when I press on the offer (bc I want to get rid of the notification), the menu that pops up shakes intensely. It's annoying and I want to get rid of it, as I am a perfectionist. This makes me want to get rid of it.
