iPhone freezes when tapping on any text field

I have an iPhone 14 Pro. After updating to iOS 17.4.1, my iPhone will freeze whenever I tap on a text field, whether it be the Mail search field, iMessage text field, the TikTok search field, Spotlight Search text field, App Library Search text field, etc.

I have to force restart my iPhone multiple times a day to be able to 'use' it.

I have already done "Reset All Settings" (which as you know is highly inconvenient since every single setting and every Apple app needs to be setup again).

The phone has 50 GB of available space.

Other than restoring the iPhone, what else can be done?

I believe this is directly caused by iOS 17.4.1.
