My 17.4.1 Update is Strange. Anyone Else Have This Issue

So basically, I tried logging onto this app and I guess it sounds like a game (this update is the 17.4.1 update) It was an online soudouku and I kept getting a pop up on my screen saying “Network error: try again when connected to internet” I’m in my own house and have my own wi-fi. I tried powering down my device and tried to refresh and delete the app and redownload it. I checked any other apps that were kind of like “games” and they didn’t work! None of them worked. Everything else works perfectly fine! I can still access YouTube, Netflix, anything else as well as google/safari. Anyone else having this issue?
