I received a call from (hopefully) Apple, Babucarr. He asked me many questions about my order. Is this legit? If so, why can't Apple support come through an Apple phone with some sort of credentials?
Any call from Apple will have Apple’s toll free number as the caller ID. So this was almost certainly a scam call. Consider any information you provided as compromised, and change and credit card numbers or other personal information. And Apple will never call you to verify a purchase.
