Billing and Subscription
I purchased a Facebook Verified subscription and canceled it two days before. Now anytime I try to download a free app, it tells me "there is a billing problem with a previous purchase." The Facebook Verified is showing "Inactive" too. I have even changed my payment method to three different working cards but it keeps declining all cards and anytime I try to download any app, it tells me "There is a billing problem with a previous purchase". I tried to purchase the Facebook Verified subscription but all my three payment methods keep declining. I called my banks to solve any issue with my payment methods but I keep getting the same message from Apple. My payment methods all work on any platform except Apple. I tried contacting Apple support and no one has attended to my plight
