My CNN videos won't play on my iPhone

I tried this and it seems to work. For now at least.

toggle off tracking in the CNN settings

go to:

settings

scroll down to CNN

tap it

slide off allow tracking

my videos are playing now.

Contact CNN for issues with their software.

After I reinstalled the app it works. Videos play now. Try removing app and reinstalling.

I am having the same issue. Thought about deleting the app and reinstalling it. Every other app is fine!

I’ve done this several times too and it works at first but then the video stopped playing again not sure what’s going on

I am learning that too. CNN even did an update last week. But still not working.
