Why do I keep getting this pop up on my Mac devices: Unable to Make Wi-Fi Calling- To enable Wi-Fi Calls on this account, contact carrier
Why do I keep receiving a pop-up randomly every 5 to 10 minutes on both my MacBook pros telling me that I am unable to make Wi-Fi calling? I have gone into my FaceTime on my MacBooks and I have selected calls from iPhone and when I try to select upgrade to Wi-Fi calling, it does not do anything. I have gone into my iPhone settings and to my cellular menu, and toggle on the option for Wi-Fi calling on this iPhone, but I continue to receive these pop-ups. What are they and how do I turn them off please?
Thank you.
