Making Safari tab bar transparent

I've seen in videos on YouTube that many people's tab bars look like this:

While mine looks like this:

I was hoping someone could help me make my tab bar look like the one in the first picture. Thanks!

Safari tab group name no longer appears in the front of minimized windows I know that tab group names are always displayed at the top left corner of the window. It used to be that the tab group name will also appear when you hover over the minimized window as well. That was very useful for determining which window I want to pull up. Idk what happened today but it suddenly stopped displaying the tab group names on minimized windows and only display the website name I minimzed on. I did not change any settings. How can I get the tab name display back on minimzed windows when I hover over them?

In settings -> tabs -> compact layout. And then try to open single tab page.

In my case, I set my profiles colors to the default option which looks black and white. You only get a transparent toolbar in this case
