IOS 17.4 update caused face ID to become not available (iPhone 11)
Initial update to 17.x (currently on 17.4) everything was working. The day of the AT&T outage my phone started to have this issue with face recognition and phone service not working. After AT&T service was stable, a hard reset of the phone (iPhone 11) would solve the problem. However this would only last a few days then a reset was again required.
Since the update to 17.4 facial recognition is not working at all. Restart has no affect. Resetting face recognition the phone states that it is not available. This phone has never had an issue or repair.
Is there any help available to fix this issue? Is this an AT&T or Apple issue? Please do not answer with a finger pointing to the other party - that is waste of everyone's time.
