I was able to install Amazon Music App on my child's iPhone while the Screen Time app was turned off for their account. As soon as I turned on the Screen Time app (regardless of the time of day) the Amazon Music App is not available on their iPhone. How do we get this fixed?

Hey! I had the same issue and figured out something that worked for my kids phone. Go to Screen Time, then Content & Privacy Restrictions. Click Store, Webb, Siri & Game Center. Change the restriction for APPS to 12+. This will let you keep the Content & Privacy Restrictions on, but will also allow the Amazon Music App to stay on the kids phone. Hope this helps someone else!

I had the same problem and found this feed, if you change the web content (under store, web, Siri etc) to unrestricted then Amazon music works again.

Were you able to get this resolved? I have the same issue. Amazon music app won't open (with screen time on) and displays "you cannot browse this page at amazon.com because it is restricted".
