Playlists are missing on Apple devices when trying to access using remote app

I create playlists on my Mac (M1 2021) and/or my iPhone (13 Pro) but when I open the same playlists using the Remote app, the playlists are missing a large number of songs. Especially frustrating bc I use remote to play music to my home hifi system.

Pair iTunes Remote with Music library on iMac Because of another issue I reset the network settings on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Now I can no longer control my music library. I have tried ALL the recommended steps. I have entered the 4-digit code which gave me a message that the two were now paired but when I go to my iPhone the half-note music symbol is greyed out and it does not show the name of my music library. 27" iMac quad core, OS Ventura 13.6.9 (I am in the process of updating to 13.7 which might fix things, but I'm not optimistic.

iTunes Remote won't connect to Music This is a new development. I've used Remote and Music for years. This morning nothing I do will get the Remote app on my phone to connect to the Music app on my iMac. Both are on the same network. Both have family sharing turned on. The iMac library shows up in the iPhone app, but it will not connect. Anyone else have this issue, or know how to solve it? Thanks!

Got the same issue. Noticed that every once in a while when I play a track via the app - it loads for a sec and then just disappears from the playlist and the remote app entirely. If I search for it nothing shows up. Very weird Apple, come on.
