Anyone know if I can use iTunes Remote app for iPhone with Apple Music app on Window's pc?
or does anyone know of a good alternative method?
I would simply like to play/pause/skip etc Apple Music playing on the PC by using my iPhone 13.

You can install the Apple Music app from the Microsoft Store on your Windows pc.
It supports Windows default media control, like a wireless keyboard with properly installed media buttons.
Or look into Stream Deck, it has hardware but also an app for iOS.
As far as I am aware this is not possible. If you recently swapped to Apple Music I would recommend reverting to iTunes by uninstalling Apple Music/Devices/TV.
