How do I turn the "swoosh" sound back on in mail

How do I turn the "swoosh" sound back on in mail when I send an e-mail? I have "play sounds for other mail actions" checked

Go to the control panel in the upper right corner of the menu bar and look for the moon icon for do not disturb. Turn that off and you should get your swoosh sound back.
