Poor handling of phone by Apple service centre
I submitted my phone for servicing as its top receiver was not working. The centre sent the phone to Bangalore for the further servicing and when I got my phone back it had multiple scratches on the phone. I checked the phone on service centre itself and submitted the phone then and there only.
It’s been a month I am somehow managing everything without phone. I request you to send a team to service centre to check the scratches physically as on pictures the scratches are not clearly visible.
I am not going to take the phone from service centre with these scratches. The poor handling was done from your side. So why the company is forcing me to use the phone in this situation?
The company is saying that these cosmetic damage is not covered. But when the damage is being done by the company, they should repair the same .
kindly suggest me what to do?
