How do I remove all content restrictions on iPhone?
It just that My restriction on let me allow my delete app and erase all contacts so I need help with that

Unless your iPhone is remotely managed/controlled by a company/school/institute, or you are a Family Sharing member, or you don't know the Screen Time Passcode, you can turn off all restrictions going to:
Settings>ScreenTime>Content & Privacy Restrictions>Content & Privacy Restrictions = OFF.
When done, restart your device.
