I want to know if how to manage my entire iPhone system and how to hide app contacts and messages

We do not know which iPhone model you are using, and which iOS version is installed.

The iPhone user-guide (eg: online) can show how everything is set up to work smoothly.

Click on "Table of Contents" (TOC) at the top of the "Welcome" Page that opens from the link.

NB: Please choose your iOS version at the top of the first article you open from the TOC, for accurate info.
