Microsoft Office error "AutoUpdate Cannot Connect to the Update Server" on MacBook Air
I tried downloading Microsoft Office 2019. But I'm getting the following message from the Microsoft AutoUpdate: "AutoUpdate Cannot Connect to the Update Server."
I've tried everything, but I cannot seem to start my computer in "safe mode." I've followed the instructions requiring me to hold down the power button, but under options, "safe mode" is not an option. Neither is first aid.
My OS is Sonoma 14.3.1.
Please help!
