When I add my Wise card to Wallet, I get a blank card.

I recently upgraded my phone to an iPhone 15 (iOS 17.3), and transferred all data from the old phone. For the most part, it went well, however one of my credit cards on Wallet has become completely white and nothing I do seems to fix it.

I tried so far:

  • Removing the card and re-adding (two times!), no dice
  • Restarting the phone
  • Googling for this info with no success
  • Wise has no clue

The card works, but I already had a cashier question my card since it looks like a scam.

Can anyone suggest something here? I'm losing my mind. Maybe there's a way to clear the cache? I'm trying to avoid resetting all settings on the phone...

Thanks

iPhone 15

I had the same issue a little bit ago, but turns out it was because of an installed vpn. I’m not too sure why but it worked as soon as I uninstalled my vpn and then re-added the card again.
