Apple card "wallet" widget is not displaying any data in iOS 17>

I have a new iPhone 15 Pro Max. I restored my iPhone 14 Pro Max backup to it. In iOS 17 on the 15 Max the Apple Card widget which should display my account balance, etc. is displaying nothing but the placeholder gray rectangles. I have tried re-adding the widget, etc. but nothing has fixed the issue.

I came from the 13 pro max to the 15 pro max, and have the same issue. Deleting/re-adding/power down, and still nothing. It was displaying fine on the previous phone that was running 17.0.1.
