Sonoma 14.3 update not finishing

I encountered this, after initial install it went into a reboot recovery cycle. I even reinstall sonoma, but I noticed for some reason the system clock was reporting 10 hours earlier, so I did the reset pram <cmd+opt+p+r> (m1 mac) and that fixed the clock and allowed it to boot

Just keeps telling me to try again.

I am also facing the exact same issue on my 16" 2021 m1 pro.

I went in and cleared my Safari history and 14.3.1 finally downloaded.
