I updated my iPhone 13 and none my FaceTime isn’t working

Are you unable to access FaceTime through Settings or share your screen on there because I can’t either

I have the IPhone 11. I did the latest update and now my phone is asking me to install the FaceTime app. But it’s saying I’m unable to install it.
