How can I uninstall Iriun and stop it from blocking my default cam?

I uninstalled iriun. It keeps blocking my default cam, it is auto selected in chrome and other apps. How do I get rid of it for good? I regret ever installing it.

Specifically there is also a "com.iriun.macwebcam.extension.systemextension" file that I cannot delete, it tells me (after using my user password) that I don't have permission to. ????

The com.iriun.macwebcam.extension also is a running process in activity monitor that I just cannot force close, it keeps running. Any way to finally get rid of all this? Thank you!

I was also struggling with my MacBook Pro Camera showing 'Please start Iriun Webcam' until today. I did some deep dive today and after little deliberation found how to fix it...

By the way I have MacOS Ventura should work with earlier version also.

Go to System Preferences > Search (Camera) - Select Camera Options (Head Pointer Accessibility) > (on the new screen popup) select 'Camera Options' from bottom left. Iriun Webcam might be pre-seleted. From the drop down select FaceTime HD Camera (built-in)

I hope this will resolve the issue and allow you to use Mac default camera
