I have total av but decided to uninstall it as my 2012 mac pro seemed slow afterwards i followed the av instructions to uninstall and my computer is faster but on inspection of my activity monitor Total av extension is still there , can anybody tell me how to remove it completely?
Did you empty the Trash and then restart your Mac? A restart is often necessary after removing some apps, esp. a/v apps and others that use kernel extensions.
