Hey I don’t know how to fix this. Anybody come across this issue. I can’t access my iCloud email. I am on the latest firmware and everything is up to date. I Also tried through safari and it says ‘unable to access iCloud email’ ‘iCloud mail cannot be loaded at this time.’

Good evening, I am able to share my location and see other family members location which I didn’t even wasn’t working until yesterday. But I updated to the newest software and logged out and logged back in but it still is giving me an error for iCloud mail in browser and through mail app.

Awesome thanks for responding. Please let me know what they tell you. Only thing I found was resetting everything to factory settings.
I have this exact same problem on my kid's laptop. It was working perfectly then all of a sudden stopped today with the same error. It's not a problem with his computer either because the same thing happens when I try to log in via the browser on other devices. So far I've tried it on 2 other Macs and an iPad with the same error across the board. It's definitely an iCloud problem. I have an appointment to speak with a tech tomorrow. I'll update this post when I hear what they say.
Spoke to the advisor this morning, after exhaustive investigation, she verified that problem is not with my hardware, but a problem on Apple's end.
She also said that I'm not the only one experiencing this and they have gotten many recent complaints regarding the issue so I'm guessing they changed something on their back end that screwed up mail authentication for a number of iCloud users.
She told me that it's been escalated to engineering and I should hear get a call during the week. Luckily, this is my young son's account and he doesn't use the email much so it's not inconveniencing me - I would be a lot more put out if this was affecting my iCloud account.
But rest assured, it's not a problem with your equipment. This one's on Apple.

Have you tried accessing mail now? They have fixed the issue, and it was indeed an Apple problem.
I am still having this problem, and never heard anything further on the engineering ticket they submitted for me.
