Au instruments not showing wont let me see my plugins i know the daw acknowledges the plugins tho wsid?

Let's say you have an empty software channel, and you have your inspector pane visible. You will have a greyed out button that says Instrument. Click on that and at the very bottom you should see your AU instruments.

You can also select your AU instrument in the Create New Track Screen. Select Software Instrument, and a little lower you have a menu that allows you to select your AU instrument.

I can’t even get logic to open. Not sure what is going on…
