As from this afternoon, the sensor in my Ultra 2 does not capture any measurement anymore.
I rebooted, no fix.
A clean install did not do the trick either.
Wrist detection is on.
iWatch stopped measuring during a swim in the swimming pool 😐
The battery also goes down very fast whilst all energy saving options are on. Seems like a warranty claim?
Hi, I have a brand new ultra 2 with the same issue after 2 days of use. Was working well then every sensor stopped working. Only water it saw was during a quick shower. Did you get any solution for your case?
Hi yes I’m having the same issue. I thought updating to watch os 10.3 would solve the issue but even that hasn’t worked.
My battery is lasting longer after the update to 10.3
I have same issue, just with the diving .
what was the root cause eventually ?
