iPhone 5S cannot be activated error

Dear Team,

I am getting a "no service" error on the phone I bought from Turkey in 2018.

How can I fix this error?

Trials made by me.

I connected to iTunes. restore has been made.

I inserted a sim card, but I get the "no service" error.

The most important thing is that it does not allow me to make "manual adjustments".

I tried to connect iCloud with the iPhone I am currently using, but I was not successful.
