Music on Sonoma 14.2

Music app on Mac with Sonoma 14.2.1(Apple m2 pro)

My Music doesn't work

Genius results can't be updated right now. An unknown error occurred (18004).

All the playlists and purchases are lost since three days, on physical. Only few stay. On music.apple.com, and iPhone, it seems ok. I have read that many people live the same experiments. Do someone have an answer?

I haven’t read any official Apple response to the issues many are experiencing with Music at the moment, but I’m certain it’s not ussr error, nor anything that can be fixed on the user’s end. Hopefully Apple get onto it sooner rather than later.


Try Apple Music via web browser and see if your library and playlists exist there. All signs indicate that all that data is still intact - it’s just not downloading/uploading via the various Music apps.
