Phone freezing and restarting - wifi greyed out - not working - iOS 17.2.1

I've been experiencing this issue for a few days now where all of a sudden my phone freezes and restarts and the wifi toggle switch is greyed out and not working and bluetooth and airdrop stop working too. Sometimes the wifi, bluetooth, and airdrop start working after a restart or two, but most of the times this problem persists for a few hours at least. I even updated to 17.2.1 the other day and the issue is still persisting.

Apart from that I'm experiencing some lag while using the keyboard (this issue only pops up after my phone freezes) and internet / data speeds drop and my phone's battery has also been dropping real fast.

I'm using an iPhone 12 and I've had this for a little over 2 years now, and there's more than ample internal storage available for usage (~40GB).
