stock app is not updating

since iOS 17.2.1, stock app has not updated on my iphone pro max 14

Bug wit App Store when updating apps when swiping down to see apps that needs update, by pressing update all sometimes update but lags and shows like it doesn’t update and even pressing multiple times , i have the latest ios update on my 14 pro max

Delete the app and install it again.
