New to beats. When i plug in my beats studio pro to my mac, using the cord provided, the power button will only toggle between noise control features. It does not seem to change to the EQ settings like it seems it's supposed to. Any ideas on how to get to my EQ settings?

Just to be sure, did you review the support article you arrived here from on how to use the Beat's system button to switch sound profiles?
To switch between sound profiles, press the system button twice. When you switch between sound profiles, a chime plays.
I was having the same exact issue but when I connected the headphones to my imac via usb-c and tried the double click while I played music thru the usb-c, it actually worked and changed the we-modes (the led light pattern lets you know what mode)
