App can't be verified

The app can't be verified on some of iPad devices with IOS 16 or 17. But most are successful. I've tried restarting the device, reinstalling the application, and reseting the connection, but they all didn't work.

Could you give any advice on it?

Device has been force-restarted? Hold that third press til the Apple logo, past the sliders.

Downloaded app directly from Apple, or from some other source such as enterprise distribution?

Any add-on VPN client apps or security apps in use?

Device set to the correct time?

What do you mean by “resetting the connection”?

Is the network firewall / gateway / router possibly causing issues? Restart it.

Are you locted in a country or region that uses a national firewall?

Contact the app developer, or contact the enterprise IT group supporting the app. You’re seemingly not using the app store or TestFlight, which means you’re either working directly with a developer or with an enterprise IT group or similar, or the app should fail verification.
