screen sharing and headphones

I have an iphone 15 and when i’m on facetime and someone shares their screen i can’t use my beats anymore. When they don’t share their screen i can use my beats.

While in the call, access the Control Center and tap the audio output icon (AirPlay icon). It should show your Beats as an option alongside the iPhone speaker. Choose your Beats to route audio back to them.


While on a FaceTime call where the screen is being shared, tap on the screen to bring up the menu options. Look for the audio settings or the speaker icon and ensure that your Beats are selected as the output device.


Sometimes, headphone firmware issues can cause compatibility problems. Check if there's a firmware update available for your Beats headphones and update them if needed.
