My phone software has a problem
The clock is stuck in the 24-hour mode and does not enter the 12-hour mode
I even disable the 24-hour mode through the settings
I have deleted the account from the phone several times and restarted the phone and this problem has not been resolved
Even I installed the new eternity, nothing changed

That didn’t work for my phone still on 24 hour time
Hiii, I had this issue a few months back after I had updated my phone and turned it on to see how it would look and it simply didn’t go back to normal time. I went to see if there were any new updates cause maybe it was a bug, it was!! There was a new update the get and I quickly got It and my phone time was back to normal<3 try check to see if there’s any updates needed.
I'd like to suggest one more thing ... When you go into Settings > General > Date & Time, and de-select 24 hour time, are you then tapping General at the top, left? Doing that will save your preference. Tap all the way back to the main Settings screen. That should do it. If not, let us know.
