Phone Clock is slow
I have to reset clock of my I phone 13 pro every hour as it slows down every time. Once not reset for 2 days it lagged behind by approx 2 hours. Customer support is unable to provide any solution. What to do??
Did you already set it back to factory settings, and setting it up manually, without using the latest backup?
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
Then make sure that in Settings/General/Date & Time, the option "Set Automatically" is enabled, as well as Settings/Privacy/Location Services/System Services.
After that test the iPhone again.
If it does not lose time anymore, restore from the latest backup.
