You cannot transfer money out of your Apple Account. Depending on where the money came from that you added to your Apple Account, you may be able to reverse that transfer with your bank. When using gift cards to add money to your Apple Account, they cannot be transferred to cash and can only be used for purchases.

cash, except as required by law. If your jurisdiction allows the refund

of redeemed gift balances, you can contact Apple Support to request a refund. When you contact Apple, include the following information:

• Your Apple ID.
• The refund amount.
• Your current delivery address.

There are community members saying they were able to request a refund and Apple granted a refund. My personal experience was I couldn’t transfer funds to Apple Cash. My personal philosophy is nothing ventured, nothing gained, I’d call Apple Support at 1-800-MY-APPLE and plead your case.
