Stickers not working on iPhone 15

I just bought an apple pro 15 and stickers no longer work. They appear briefly in the tray and then disappear

Stickers not saving to the Stickers Menu (iPhone 16 Pro on IOS18.0.1) Each time I try and create a sticker, it appears in the menu for about a second and then disappears. All the stickers i had previously created on my iPhone 14 have gone too. This is clearly not a new issue as I've seen other threads on this community going back years with the same issue. Any chance Apple might fix it? Any user workarounds?

Turn a photo into a sticker · Open the Photos app on your iPhone. · Tap a photo to open it in full screen. · Touch and hold the subject, then tap Add Sticker.
