iphone 16 stickers not working

Here we are 10/7/24 Apple iPhone stickers still not saving just disappearing. What a shame . No fix as of yet

My stickers didn’t transfer when I got my iPhone 16 pro max. I cannot save new stickers either. What is the problem and how can it be fixed?

funny thing is I ordered the same phone for me and my wife hers works fine and mine glitches and deletes every sticker. I have made and used stickers previously.
