Disabling the Junk Mail Process

No matter what I do e-mail ends up in junk mail. Even my own sent e-mail sometimes ends up there. Very irritating that the Mail app does this. Is there any way to totally eliminate ANYTHING from going into junk e-mail? iPhone, Mac, iPad, Mail does it.
