Turn off Junk Mail filtering in Mail app/iCloud Mail

Is there a way to turn off Junk Mail filtering in iOS Mail for the iCloud mail service?

Some important notification e-mails from a particular address will ALWAYS be marked as "Junk", and would like to turn off the filtering altogether because the accuracy is way too awful.

"Turn off Junk Mail filtering in Mail app/iCloud Mail: I don't know what a 'Safe List' is. I don't see such settings anywhere in iCloud, iOS, or the Mac. I appreciate your help, but I'd like some more detailed explanation on where I could reach those settings and add the addresses to the 'Safe List'"

Safe List:

I'm referring to a list of Safe Senders, which is officially called your Contacts.

So what to Do:

  1. Go Here: Manage Junk Mail in Mail On iCloud.com - Apple Support
  2. Scroll to: Indicate that an email isn’t junk
  3. As it Reads: "Subsequent messages from the same sender are no longer automatically marked as junk."

IMPORTANT: Perform this using a computer, as it would be more user-friendly doing so.

Creating eMail Filters:

Perform this using a computer, as it would be more user-friendly doing so. Do so here: https://www.icloud.com/mail The Link to Use: Set Up Rules to Filter eMail in Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support

I'm aware of the iCloud mail rules, but I'm afraid there is no way to create a rule to prevent a particular mail from being sorted as Junk - if there is I might not be looking in the right place and some more information on where I could find the setting would be appreciated.

That's why I'd like to turn off the Junk Mail filtering permanently, because it's filtering way too many important e-mails as "Junk".

Yes, the mail address that always gets sorted as Junk has already been added to Contacts, and marked as "VIP". Still it gets sorted as Junk 100%.

All Syncs:

Yes. All devices will be affected. What you are doing is configuring your eMail account thought the Mail app. With configurations made, they will stay this way on all accounts. If you were to remove your account from the Mail app, all would stay configured as it is.

Unfortunately, what you have said is likely false, and not how the settings/filtering actually works.

Changing the settings on one Mac did not affect any settings on my other Macs with the same version of macOS synced with iCloud.

Also once again I've received an e-mail from a particular address (Registered to Contacts, marked VIP) that has once again been sorted as "Junk".
