I am only seeing advice on how to create an iTunes Connect account, but there are no sign up or create account options when I go to the links I am given. I always find myself at this link: https://itunesconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/wa/digitalContractsSignup?ccTypeId=13
but there are no options to sign up there.

I cannot create an iTunes Connect account no matter what I try. It is unbelievably frustrating and very, very Apple if I may say so! Would love to get my books into Apple Books but Apple make it impossible!
